Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted for all items and must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must unused, unworn and be in their original condition with their tags and packaging; items received in any other condition will not be refunded.

• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit. Please ensure you review your selections carefully before completing your order.

• Returns are only accepted for domestic orders within the United Arab Emirates and are not available for international orders.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued as store credit within 48 hours of receiving the returned items. The store credit can be used for future purchases, but no banking refunds will be processed.
  

Exchanges

• We unfortunately do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products and make a new order.
